This is a reference guide for the most frequently used triggers and actions in Noddle Automations. Use this as a starting point when building your flows.

Trigger: Form Submitted → Action: Send SMS (immediate) → Wait 1 hour → Send Email
Appointment reminder sequence:
Trigger: Appointment Booked → Wait until 24 hours before → Send SMS reminder → Wait until 1 hour before → Send SMS reminder
Post-win onboarding:
Trigger: Opportunity Status = Won → Add Tag "customer" → Remove Tag "prospect" → Send welcome email → Assign to onboarding team member
