Contact & Activity Reports

Reports on contact growth, appointments, calls, and pipeline performance.

Beyond email campaign stats, Noddle gives you reporting on contact growth, team activity, and pipeline performance. Here's how to find and use these reports.

Where to Find Reports

Go to Reporting in the left menu. You'll see several report categories:

  • Overview / Dashboard — high-level snapshot of activity across the account
  • Contacts — contact growth and source breakdown
  • Opportunities — pipeline performance and revenue
  • Conversations — message volume and response times
  • Calls — call volume, duration, and outcomes
  • Appointments — bookings, cancellations, and no-shows

Contact Reports

The Contacts report shows:

  • Total contacts and how many were added in a date range
  • Contact source breakdown — which sources (forms, imports, manual) are generating the most contacts
  • DND (Do Not Disturb) stats — how many contacts have opted out of each channel

Use this to understand where your leads are coming from and whether your list is growing.

Appointment Reports

The Appointments report shows:

  • Total appointments booked in a period
  • Breakdown by calendar or team member
  • No-show rate
  • Cancellation rate

High no-show rates are a prompt to review your reminder automation — adding or adjusting reminder messages often brings this down significantly.

Call Reports

The Calls report shows:

  • Total calls made and received
  • Call duration averages
  • Missed call rate
  • Breakdown by team member

A high missed call rate paired with no text-back automation is a lead recovery problem — see the Missed Call Text-Back article.

Opportunity / Pipeline Reports

The Opportunities report shows:

  • Total open pipeline value
  • Number of opportunities per stage
  • Win rate (Won opportunities divided by total closed)
  • Average deal value
  • Revenue closed in a period, broken down by team member

Filter by date range and pipeline to see performance for specific products or services.

Exporting Report Data

Most reports in Noddle can be exported as CSV files for use in Excel, Google Sheets, or external reporting tools. Look for the Export button in the top right of any report view.
