Calendars & Scheduling
Setting Up Your Calendar in Noddle
Create a calendar, set availability, and share your booking link.
Noddle's calendar system lets you accept bookings online, manage your availability, and connect your schedule to your contact and automation workflows — all without needing a separate tool like Calendly.
Creating a Calendar
- Go to Calendars in the left menu.
- Click + Create Calendar.
- Choose a calendar type (see the Calendar Types article for details).
- Configure the settings, then click Save.
Basic Settings
- Calendar Name — what clients see when booking
- Description — optional context shown on the booking page
- Location — in-person address, phone call, Zoom link, etc.
- Duration — how long each appointment lasts (15, 30, 60 min, etc.)
- Color — color code it for easy identification
Availability
- Set which days and hours you accept bookings
- Set how far in advance someone can book (e.g., no same-day bookings, max 60 days out)
- Set a buffer time between appointments so you're never double-booked or rushed
Confirmation Settings
- Auto-confirm — bookings are confirmed immediately
- Require approval — you manually approve each booking before it's confirmed
Getting Your Booking Link
Once your calendar is created, Noddle generates a public booking link you can share anywhere:
- In your email signature
- In an SMS: "Click here to book a time: [link]"
- On your website
- In an email campaign
- In an Automation message
To find it: open the calendar settings and copy the Booking Link.
Embedding the Booking Page on Your Website
- Open your calendar settings.
- Click Embed Code.
- Copy the embed snippet and paste it into your website page.
The booking widget will appear inline on your site, letting visitors book without leaving the page.
Connecting to Google or Outlook Calendar
Sync Noddle with your personal calendar so that:
- Existing events block off your availability automatically
- New Noddle bookings appear on your Google/Outlook calendar
To connect: go to Settings > Integrations > Calendar Sync and follow the Google or Outlook connection flow.
