Text To Pay: Collecting Payments via SMS
Send a payment link by text and get paid instantly — no invoice or email required.
Text To Pay lets you request payment from a contact directly through an SMS message. The contact receives a text with a secure payment link, taps it, and pays by card — no invoice, no email, no login required. It's the fastest way to collect payment from a client on the go.
When to Use Text To Pay
- After completing a service ("Here's a link to pay for today's visit")
- Collecting a deposit before an appointment
- Quick, informal payment requests that don't need a formal invoice
- Following up on an outstanding balance
Sending a Text To Pay Request

- Fill in the same details and send.
What the Contact Sees
The contact receives a text message like:
"[Your Business Name]: You have a payment of $150.00 due. Pay securely here: [link]"
The payment page is mobile-optimized and accepts major credit and debit cards. Once paid, both you and the contact receive a confirmation.
Tracking Payments
All Text To Pay transactions appear in Payments > Transactions. You can see which payments are pending, completed, or failed.
